Are you not sure if the ordered products meet your expectations? Do not worry, we are pleased to give you 14 days from the moment you receive the parcel so that you can return the order if it did not fully delight you. Don't worry, you have time to calmly assess and decide if what you received is what you were looking for.
However, the store has the right to refuse to accept the return if the return was made after the deadline or if the goods are damaged or bear signs of use. The funds will be returned within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods by the store. The refund will be made by the same payment method that was selected when placing the order. We do not accept goods returned by delivery.
The completed refund form should be sent together with the goods in accordance with the instructions received from the seller within 14 days of receiving the product. Remember to pack the goods in a safe way to protect it from damage to transport. We will be pleased when you use original products.
ATTENTION:
To ensure the safety of return shipments during transport, the package must be properly protected against shipping. Use stretch adhesive tape or foil to make sure that the package will not open during transport. The tape should be applied in a way that guarantees full closure of the packaging, and the stretch foil must be wrapped in order to prevent any compressions. Packages that will not be secured in this way will not be picked up from the courier. Please follow these rules to ensure an efficient process of returning and protecting the content of the parcel.
