Cancellation of the order is only possible until it is completed. After handing over the order for shipping, the cancellation will not be possible. To cancel the order, contact us as soon as possible.

You can return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

The cost of returning the product is covered by the buyer. This means that if you decide to refund, you will be responsible for paying a return parcel and any related costs.
