All Virgin products are created at local leather factories, which guarantees precision and supports native production. Cancellation of the order is only possible until it is completed. After handing over the order for shipping, the cancellation will not be possible. To cancel the order, contact us as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, we do not currently keep waiting lists. However, you can sign up for a product availability notification by sending us an e-mail to panna@panna-studio.com with information about the desire to receive such a notification. As soon as the product is available for purchase, you will receive an email from us with information.
You can return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
The cost of returning the product is covered by the buyer. This means that if you decide to refund, you will be responsible for paying a return parcel and any related costs.
